9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by hot464

hot464 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of a Terms breach, where an account poses a fraud risk, where we are required to by law or regulatory instruction, or where maintaining the account would be contrary to our responsible gaming obligations.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their hot464 account can do so by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any active bonus balance will be removed. Genuine account balances (real money, not bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method after identity verification.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

A hot464 account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or bet). Hot464 may apply a small monthly maintenance charge to dormant accounts after a reasonable notification period.
